Rubbing alcohol will only make your skin want to produce more oil because it is way too drying. It is the skins natural reaction to want to produce oil if it feels like it is being dried out. You need to clean your face twice a day and use a light oil free moisturizer on it. It helps to keep down the oil and helps keep it moisturized. I didn't think oily skin needed moisturizer. One of my teachers in cosmetology told me about it. I tried it and it worked.
